The Functional Botanicals:

  • Sun-Dried Makrut Lime Leaf: Thick-cut and slow-dried to serve as your smudging botanical. When smoked, it releases an intoxicating citrus-pine aroma to perfectly coat your glassware.

  • Dried Makrut Fruit Skin: Packed with intensely concentrated essential oils, the dried rind provides the sharp, bitter, and complex citrus bite that forms the backbone of a classic gin.

  • Estate Lemongrass Heart: We exclusively use the tender white core of the stalk. It delivers a bright, crisp aromatic lift that beautifully balances the bitter lime skin.

  • Crushed Thai Galangal Root: Adds a dry, warming, peppery heat to replicate the satisfying "burn" of a premium spirit.

  • Butterfly Pea Flower: Adds a subtle earthy note and infuses your home bar creations with a stunning, all-natural indigo tint.

How to Use (The Farm Lab Guide): Whether you are crafting a zero-proof mocktail or compounding your own custom spirit, this kit gives you complete control:

  • The Zero-Proof Ritual: Place one Makrut Lime leaf on a fire-safe surface, carefully ignite the edge, and blow it out to smolder. Invert your glass over the smoke for 60 seconds. Meanwhile, steep a pinch of the remaining botanicals in premium tonic water to extract a peppery, indigo infusion. Pour into your smoke-washed glass over ice, and add a squeeze of fresh lime to watch the color shift to magenta.

  • The Master Distiller’s Infusion: Drop 5 to 10 grams of the botanical blend directly into a bottle of premium neutral spirit (like vodka or a light white rum). Let it steep in a cool, dark place for 2 to 4 days. The alcohol acts as a powerful solvent, extracting the bitter Makrut citrus oils and dry Galangal heat to create a complex, color-changing, craft botanical gin. Strain and serve over ice with tonic.
