Nine North Lake was founded by Teddee and Jay with a singular conviction: premium quality begins with healthy soil. We deliberately stepped away from traditional monoculture to build an integrated food forest. While we prioritize minimal tilling to protect the vital microbial life beneath our feet, we make deliberate, necessary interventions—such as clearing massive old palms to make way for diverse, regenerative plantings.
