Order Processing Time All of our coffee is micro-roasted and packed directly at our estate in Chumphon, Thailand. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our team to process and prepare your physical order (coffee beans, drip bags, and teas). You will receive a confirmation email with a Thailand Post tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping Offer We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all international and domestic physical orders with a cart value of $70.00 USD or more.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand) All domestic orders are shipped securely via Thailand Post EMS.

• Delivery Time: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight.

International Shipping (US, Australia, Japan, & Global) We proudly ship our specialty Fine Robusta worldwide exclusively through Thailand Post.

• Standard International (Thailand Post ePacket): Typically arrives within 10-21 business days.

• Express International (Thailand Post EMS World): Typically arrives within 5-10 business days.

• Exact rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, Nine North Lake is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
