1. Overview This website is operated by Nine North Lake / Lamae Hills Coffee Community Enterprise. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nine North Lake. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

 

2. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

 

3. Products and Services We offer both physical agricultural products (roasted coffee, drip bags, teas) and digital services (the Terra9 Adopt-a-Tree program).

 

• Physical Goods: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All physical goods are shipped exclusively via Thailand Post from our estate located at 9°N, 98°E.

   

• Terra9 Program: Purchasing a Terra9 adoption grants you digital membership and traceability access via our application. It does not grant physical ownership of the land, the physical tree itself, or agricultural rights at the Nine North Lake estate.

   

• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

 

6. Third-Party Links Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (such as the Shopify platform or the Terra9 app ecosystem). Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

7. Personal Information Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
