How to Use (The Farm Lab Guide)
- This blend is incredibly forgiving and extracts beautifully in both hot and cold water.
- The Hot Steep: Add 5 to 7 grams (about two heaping tablespoons) to a teapot. Pour hot water over the botanicals and steep for 5 minutes. The Pandan will release its sweet, marshmallow aroma almost instantly, while the cascara slowly infuses the water with its deep cider color.
- The Cold Brew: Place a generous handful of the blend into a pitcher of cold water and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Strain and serve over ice for an incredibly crisp, naturally sweet summer iced tea.
