Harvested directly from our 9°N 98°E permaculture estate in Southern Thailand, our Cascara Superfood Tea is crafted from the sun-dried fruit of our premium coffee cherries.
Traditionally discarded, the coffee cherry is actually a potent superfood, boasting up to 8 times the antioxidants of blueberries. It delivers a clean, jitter-free energy lift without the heavy caffeine crash.
The Tasting Profile
A crisp, naturally sweet botanical infusion with vibrant notes of dried hibiscus, cherry, and crisp apple cider. Delicious served piping hot or iced cold.
How to Use (The Farm Lab Guide)
- The Hot Steep: Add 5 to 7 grams (about two heaping tablespoons) of sun-dried cascara to a teapot or French press. Pour hot—but not fully boiling—water over the husks and steep for 4 to 5 minutes to extract those vibrant cider notes.
- The Cold Brew: Place a generous handful of cascara into a pitcher of cold, filtered water. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. Strain and serve over ice for a crisp, tart summer hydrator.
