There is a romantic idea in the coffee world about foraging beans from untouched, wild mountains. But we take a different, harder path: we are farmers in Southern Thailand. We believe true sustainability isn't just about taking from the wild—it is about taking working agricultural land and doing the hard work to build a living ecosystem right where we live.
At Nine North Lake, we’ve transformed our residential farmland into a thriving, multi-crop food forest. By cultivating our fine Robusta alongside local shade trees, durian, and bananas, we regenerate the soil without tilling. This is what real farming looks like—a balance that heals the earth while providing a strong, sustainable livelihood for our community.
Our premium Robusta is cultivated in the rich, rain-fed soils of Lamae District, Chumphon.
Zero Forest Loss: Verified zero primary deforestation on our estate via Global Nature Watch data.
