Coffee blossoms only bloom for a few brief days each year before transforming into our premium Robusta cherries. We carefully hand-pick a tiny, highly regulated percentage of these delicate white flowers and gently sun-dry them to lock in their natural, nectar-like sweetness.

The Tasting Profile
An incredibly delicate, floral brew that possesses a natural honeyed sweetness right off the branch. Expect ethereal notes of fresh jasmine, warm vanilla, and sweet wild nectar. Despite coming from a coffee tree, this pure blossom brew contains absolutely zero roasted coffee flavor and very low caffeine, making it the perfect clean, restorative afternoon wellness tea.
How to Use (The Farm Lab Guide)
- The Hot Brew: Steep a small pinch (about 1 to 2 grams) of the dried blossoms in hot—but not boiling—water for 3 to 5 minutes. The liquor brews into a beautiful pale gold color with a naturally sweet aroma that requires absolutely zero added sugar.
- The Cold Steep: Drop a small handful into a pitcher of cold, filtered water and leave it in the fridge overnight. Serve over ice for an incredibly crisp, refreshing floral nectar.

- Harvest: Extremely limited micro-lot production. Every single blossom is painstakingly hand-harvested by our community members to ensure the health of the tree and future cherry yields are never compromised.
