What’s Inside (150g Total)
• 50g Traditional Natural: Sun-dried in the cherry for a remarkably heavy body, dense sweetness, and deep notes of dark chocolate and roasted nuts.
• 50g Red Honey: The perfect middle ground. Pulped and dried with the mucilage intact to elevate the natural sugars, resulting in a clean cup with vibrant stone fruit complexity.
• 50g Anaerobic Fermentation: Our most experimental lot. Fermented in an oxygen-deprived environment to push the boundaries of Robusta, delivering intense, winey acidity and bright tropical fruit notes.
The Nine North Lake Standard
Every bean in this flight comes directly from our family estate, Nine North Lake. By purchasing this set, you are directly supporting biodiversity, soil health, and a sustainable ecosystem that prioritizes the land over industrial yield.
Brewing Recommendations
Each 50g pouch provides enough coffee for 2 to 3 careful pour-overs or espresso dial-ins. Fine Robusta extracts differently than Arabica; we recommend starting with a slightly coarser grind and a lower water temperature (around 88°C–90°C) to highlight the sweetness and mitigate harshness. For optimal flavor clarity, allow these beans to rest for at least 7–10 days post-roast.
