Traditionally discarded, the coffee cherry is actually a potent superfood, boasting up to 8 times the antioxidants of blueberries. It delivers a clean, jitter-free energy lift without the heavy caffeine crash.

How to Brew Your Cascara

• Hot Infusion: Steep 5g of Cascara in 200ml of hot water (approx. 93°C) for 4-5 minutes.
• Refreshing Cold Brew: Steep 15g of Cascara in 300ml of cold water. Leave in the fridge for 12-16 hours, strain, and serve over ice.
